Lisa Stranko

Lisa Stranko has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Assistant Controller and Senior Director at Heartland Dental since 2018. In this role, Lisa leads a team of 26 members across various locations, overseeing financial operations, change management, and employee engagement. Key achievements include managing the month-end and year-end closing processes, implementing GAAP policies, leading the ASC 842 lease accounting transition, and enhancing technology for asset management. Prior to Heartland Dental, Lisa held the position of Controller at Synovia Solutions LLC, where responsibilities included managing financial functions, due diligence processes, and compliance oversight. Lisa began their career at Moser Consulting, progressing from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant, and played a pivotal role in implementing various accounting systems and controls. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA from Ball State University.
