Matt Conklin

Matt Conklin began their work experience in 2007 at Cargill, where they held various roles including Associate Accountant, Professional Accountant, and Senior Accountant/Team Lead. In 2011, they joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and took on positions such as Finance Transformation Analyst, Record-to-Report Functional Lead, Senior Business Process Analyst, Business Process Manager, and Senior Manager of Data Governance & Central Finance. In 2018, Conklin joined Heartland Dental as the Director of Finance Process Solutions before being promoted to Senior Director of Extended Planning & Analytics.

Matt Conklin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Muscatine Community College, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In 2021, they obtained a certification from the Bell Leadership Institute in the program "Achievers."
