Patrick Bauer

In 1997, Patrick Bauer moved 586 miles southwest of Minneapolis, MN to Effingham, IL, where he’s been an integral part of the Heartland Dental family ever since. When he first joined Heartland Dental as Chief Operations Officer, the company wasn’t as big as it is today. Like any good COO, Pat rolled up his sleeves and got to work. He took on almost every role within the company – from business assistant to dental assistant, marketing guru to team recruiter, and everything in-between. Today, he is responsible for the oversight and management of all operations and day-to-day functions of the company. On the weekends, Pat replaces his business hat with a horned Vikings hat to cheer on his favorite football team. Consequently, when Monday comes around, he can be found in front of the mirror removing any leftover traces of purple and gold face paint. He and his wife are frequent travelers and especially enjoy taking the time to hang out with their son, daughter and son-in-law. Pat knows a thing or two about family, being the 14th of 16 children. During summer 2017, Pat took on a new title: Grandpa.
