Ronnie Land is a seasoned executive in revenue cycle management with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Head of Revenue Cycle at Heartland Dental since April 2025, Ronnie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle and driving initiatives focused on automation and data quality to enhance physician reimbursement. Previously, Ronnie held leadership positions at athenahealth and Change Healthcare, managing operations and driving performance improvements for large physician networks. Ronnie's career also includes significant roles at Conifer Health Solutions, CampbellWilson, EY, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Ronnie holds a BSBA in Finance and Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.
