Joan Harris

Joan Harris has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field, particularly in employment law. Joan most recently served as the VP and Associate General Counsel at HTLF. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel - Global Employment Law at Seagate Technology. Joan also held the position of Senior Counsel at Ogletree Deakins, where they gained over twenty years of experience practicing employment law on the management side. Joan has also worked as a Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo and as a Group Manager and Senior Counsel at Target. Additionally, they have been an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law and has spoken at various legal seminars on employment law topics.
