Mariann Anderson

Mariann Anderson has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Mariann has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

From 1994 to 2006, they worked at First Banking Center as a Vice President, Director of Corporate Services and Marketing, and also served as an Assistant Manager/Branch Manager.

Mariann then joined Associated Bank in 2006, where they held the position of Vice President, Senior Product Manager. In this role, they improved business deposits and oversaw teams across multiple business lines.

From 2010 to 2015, they served as a Vice President/Senior Program Manager, Business Banking at Associated Bank. Here, they facilitated strategic initiatives and led the business product team to drive growth and enhance customer experience.

From 2015 to 2017, Mariann took on the role of Senior Vice President/Strategic Planning Manager, Commercial Banking at Associated Bank. Mariann set growth and profitability strategies and coordinated various internal teams.

In 2019, they joined HTLF as Vice President/Business and Sales Effectiveness Manager, Commercial Banking. Mariann later became the Senior Vice President/Director Commercial Strategy and Effectiveness in August 2021.

Mariann Anderson holds an MBA in Business Administration from Alverno College. Mariann also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In addition, they have attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mariann Anderson has recently obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in 2021.
