Robert B. Engel

Robert B. Engel has been the director at Heartland Financial USA since December 2016. Prior to that, they served as vice chairman of the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation from August 2003 to December 2016. From April 2000 to June 2017, they were the retired chief executive officer and senior advisor of CoBank, ACB. Robert also served on the board of trustees for Niagara University from September 1999 to May 2019.

Robert B. Engel has a BBA in Accounting from Niagara University and a certification from the CPA. Robert attended Kenmore East Senior High School.
