Sarah Cook

Sarah Cook has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Sarah recently joined HTLF as the Vice President (VP) - Loan Review Officer in August 2023. Prior to that, they worked for Lone Star State Bank of West Texas as the Senior Vice President (SVP) - Loan Review from May 2019 to October 2023. Before that, they were employed at Happy State Bank as a Loan Review Analyst from September 2018 to May 2019. Sarah briefly served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Southcrest Baptist Church from June 2018 to September 2018. Sarah previously worked at Lone Star State Bank of West Texas as a Loan Review Officer from April 2016 to June 2018. Their earliest experience includes working at the Texas Department of Banking as a Financial Examiner from June 2008 to March 2016, where they analyzed the financial condition of state-chartered banks and ensured compliance with laws and regulations. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Examiner at the Texas State Securities Board from May 2007 to May 2008.
