Joseph Davis has a diverse range of work experience. Joseph began their career in 1991 as a Children's Librarian at Stanly County Public Library, where they selected materials and planned various programs. Joseph then moved on to Algonquin Area Public Library, where they served as the Young People's Department Head, overseeing staff and organizing programs. Following this, Joseph worked at Roosevelt University as an Instruction & Learning Librarian, handling reference services and collection development. Joseph also worked at The Heartland Institute as a part-time Head Librarian, consulting on library services. In recent years, Joseph has transitioned to bookkeeping and property management roles. Joseph worked at JFTD, LLC as a Bookkeeper and Property Advisor, handling financial records and tenant leases. Joseph then moved to 103 Haven, LLC as a Bookkeeper and Property Manager, overseeing rent payments, bills, and handling maintenance projects. Joseph also worked as a Bookkeeper for TTD Family LLC. Joseph Davis obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from Northwestern University, where they attended from 1985 to 1989. Following that, they pursued a Masters degree in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing their studies from 1989 to 1991. After a significant gap, Joseph returned to education and earned an MS in Computer Science from Roosevelt University from 2003 to 2008.
