Laura Lee Kelly, CIP, has extensive experience in the insurance and claims industry, currently serving as the Manager of Accident Benefits & Claims Support at Heartland Farm Mutual since September 2011. Previously, Laura held positions as Team Lead for Accident Benefits and Senior Claims Representative in the Property sector at the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an All Lines Claims Adjuster at Curo Claims Services from 2005 to 2011, where responsibilities involved investigating home and auto claims, determining coverage, and negotiating settlements. Laura’s career commenced as a Travel Specialist at CAA from 1986 to 1997, providing member counseling and coordinating group tours. Educational credentials include a Travel Consultant degree from Conestoga College and a CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
