Rick Barrett

Rick Barrett is the CEO of Heartland Paving Partners and serves on the Board of Fellows for Norwich University's College of Graduate and Continuing Studies. With a background in executive leadership and finance, Rick has held leadership positions in various companies in the utility services, oil and gas, construction, and building materials sectors. Rick has also completed an Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University, an MBA in Finance from Norwich University, and a BA in Political Science from Plymouth State University.
