Martin later joined Heartland Restaurant Group, LLC, starting as a Loss Prevention, Safety, and Security Manager, where they developed and implemented policies to protect assets. Martin then progressed to Senior Accountant, Assistant Corporate Controller, and finally became the Director of Finance and Analytics. In their most recent role, they analyzed company-wide operations, interpreting data and conducting ad hoc analyses.
