Scot joined Heartland Veterinary Partners with over 20 years of experience in multi-unit leadership including 5 years in the veterinary space. Prior to joining Heartland Veterinary Partners Scot directed several teams with a national veterinary hospital organization in Indiana, Ohio, and Pittsburgh providing operational leadership. Scot truly has a passion to influence and develop people in their professional careers. He has successfully been a key stakeholder in the growth of many team members resulting in several promotions into leadership roles. Scot has also worked in the retail and financial services industries resulting in improved processes, increased operational and financial performance.
