Mark Hempel

Mark Hempel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and organizational culture. Hempel serves as an Advisor at the Institute of HeartMath and holds the position of Chief Culture Officer and Board Member at Bushel. As a co-founder and COO, Hempel contributed to the growth of Sumbola Inc. and NetRadio, while also co-founding LightCode Inc. and providing management consulting services. Hempel's educational journey includes attendance at the University of Minnesota from 1975 to 1977 and ongoing studies at the Humphrey Institute since 2001.
