Anja Žibert

Anja Žibert is an experienced empowerment mentor and founder of Free Spirit Human Capital, focusing on human empowerment through holistic and heart-centered approaches. Anja has held various roles, including Human Relations Manager at HumanDesign.ai, where the focus is on synergy between Human Design and AI. As a founding member and ambassador for The Octopus Movement, Anja promotes nonlinear thinking as a means of innovation and change. Anja is also a HeartMath Certified Independent Trainer, enhancing team dynamics and creativity. Past experience includes positions at AxonJay.ai, Interim Adria, FrodX, and Adecco, with a strong foundation in human resources and business development. Anja holds a BA in Politics from the University of Ljubljana and a Master's in International Business from DOBA Business School.
