Laura Hernandez

Laura Hernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, facilitation, and mindfulness practices. Currently serving as a Certified Fair Play Facilitator and MINDFULNESS MEDITATION TEACHER, Laura also holds the title of Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. With a diverse background, Laura has been associated with Chopra Global as a Perfect Health Teacher and Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher, while also contributing to HeartMath LLC in multiple roles including Coherence Advantage Trainer and Building Personal Resilience Coach. In addition to coaching for I Halo Love LLC and Modern Health, Laura has a foundation in training management and purchasing. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Consciousness and Human Potential from Maharishi International University, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Laura is also a certified Team Coach through the Global Team Coaching Institute.
