Kate Taylor Harcourt-Medina, Ph.D., CFLE, is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Impact and Development for Hearts For The Invisible Charlotte Coalition, where responsibilities include analyzing community impact and developing sustainability plans. Previously, as Evaluation Manager at United Way of Greater Charlotte, significant contributions involved leading evaluation efforts for homelessness initiatives, designing evaluation tools, and centering racial justice in measurement practices. An experienced academic, Kate served as an Associate Professor at East Carolina University, delivering high-quality instruction and mentoring, and has held various educational roles at Auburn University and East Carolina University. With a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University, Kate has a strong foundation in community education and evaluation.
