Ilana Casser

Ilana Casser is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the media and marketing industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Global Growth at Omnicom Media Group since July 2022, Ilana also holds the position of Chief Member at Chief since October 2021. At Hearts & Science, Ilana has been the Head of New Business and Marketing since November 2020. Previously, Ilana led growth initiatives at Initiative and served as SVP of Integrated Media at 360i, where responsibilities included leading major accounts and enhancing the new business process. Experience also includes key roles at MediaCom, MEC, Mindshare, Carat, and Zimmerman Advertising, managing substantial media investments and overseeing communications planning. Ilana holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland.
