Mike Hartley currently serves as Commercial Director and Head of Partnerships, Publishing & Audio at Hearts & Science since May 2017. Previously, Mike held multiple leadership roles at Miroma from November 2014 to April 2017, including Head of Trading and Head of OOH and Digital. From July 2007 to October 2014, Mike worked at Starcom MediaVest Group, progressing from Investment Manager to Activation Account Director and finally UK Activation Associate Director for P&G United, focusing on digital trading. Mike's career began at JCDecaux as an Account Handler and continued at Kinetic Worldwide as Senior Account Manager. Mike earned a BA Hons 2:1 in Marketing from the University of Northampton between 2001 and 2004.
