Dawn Saffayeh

Dawn Saffayeh is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in public administration and human services. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at HeartShare Human Services of New York since January 2023, Dawn previously held the position of Executive Director at HeartShare St. Vincent's Services from January 2014 to January 2023. Prior to that, Dawn worked as Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Planning and Measurement at the City of New York's Administration for Children's Services from June 2011 to January 2014. Dawn holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from New York University.
