Melissa Ferrari

Melissa Ferrari, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Melissa is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Strategy and Systems at HeartShare Human Services of New York since January 2023. Previously, they worked at HeartShare St. Vincent's Services, where they held the positions of Vice President Operations from July 2017 to December 2022 and Senior Director of Operations from February 2015 to July 2017. In these roles, they played a key role in overseeing various agency-wide operations, including contract management, facilities management, vendor management, and policy development. Melissa also has experience as a Senior Accountant at HeartShare Human Services of New York from March 2013 to February 2015, where they were responsible for financial tasks such as bank reconciliations, cash management, and project management. Additionally, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Garibaldi Meucci Museum from December 2003 to May 2011. Throughout their career, Melissa has achieved notable accomplishments such as successful cash management transitions, development of consumer databases, and recognition as Employee of the Year in 2006.

Melissa Ferrari, MBA, received their Bachelors degree in Political Science from Wagner College in 1999. Melissa then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at Wagner College from 1999 to 2002. Prior to their college education, Melissa attended Rondout Valley from 1991 to 1995.
