Laura Fischer, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Laura is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Heartspring since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Hutton from November 2017 to March 2023, where they collaborated with leadership to develop and execute company vision and growth plans. Laura became a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Analyst through PI Worldwide in May 2015. In January 2015, they earned the SHRM Certified Professional certification from SHRM. Furthermore, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in September 2013.
