Kate Pearce

Kate Pearce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and human resources sectors. Currently serving as HR Manager and Learning and Development Manager at Heartwood Collection since January 2019, Kate previously worked as Operations Manager at Brasserie Bar Co from February 2016 to January 2019. Kate's career in the Brasserie Blanc chain includes various managerial roles, including General Manager at multiple locations and Assistant General Manager. Kate began their professional journey at Steel Bar and Grill and Pony Lounge and Dining as an Assistant General Manager. Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Southampton, earned between 2002 and 2005, and attended St Bernard's High School for Girls from 1995 to 2002.
