Michael Morton

Michael Morton currently serves as General Manager at Heartwood Collection since June 2023 and at The White Brasserie Co since February 2022. Previously, Michael held the role of General Manager at Brasserie Blanc from May 2014 to March 2022, where an earlier position as Assistant General Manager was also held. Michael's career in hospitality began with participation in a graduate scheme. Michael holds a degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed between 2010 and 2014.
