Oana Gherasim

Oana Gherasim is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Heartwood Collection since March 2017, having previously held the role of Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this, Oana was the General Manager at Brasserie Blanc from September 2013 to September 2017 and at Tartine from October 2011 to June 2013. Oana's earlier career includes significant positions within the Government of Romania at the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority, including roles such as Head of Cabinet of the President, Public Relations Specialist, and Personal Assistant to the President, focusing on management strategies, regulatory processes, public relations, and administrative support. Oana holds a Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Master's Degree in Communication Management and Human Resources from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest.
