Viviane Lissarre

Viviane Lissarre is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Heartwood Collection since October 2019, Viviane previously held several key roles at Brasserie Blanc from May 2012 to October 2019, including General Manager of the Southbank location and Deputy General Manager at Covent Garden. At Covent Garden, Viviane contributed to its high-volume operations and was integral to the transition of Chez Gerard into Brasserie Blanc. Viviane's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Finance, and Management from Université de Bordeaux, an Advanced Diploma in Special Event Planning and Design from the Academy of Wedding & Event Planning, and a Level 1 qualification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
