As Co-Founder of Heat Waves since December 2016, Melissa has contributed to projects for notable clients including YouTube and Apple. Prior to Heat Waves, Melissa held various leadership roles at Huge from 2009 to 2017, including Director of Product Strategy and Engagement Director, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and driving product delivery. Melissa also has a background in marketing, having served as Assistant Global Marketing Manager at The Body Shop. Melissa earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
