Carolyn Marriott

Carolyn Marriott has over seven years of experience working in various human resources and coordination roles. Carolyn is currently the People & Organisational Development Manager at Heath & Wiltshire, a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Mental Health Practitioner at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust from June 2019 to June 2020. Carolyn has also held internships at Breathe Arts Health Research and Paragon - A Division of Interserve Construction Limited. In their previous roles, they were responsible for coordinating bids, tenders and prequalification questionnaires, formatting and producing tender documents, conducting research, creating marketing material, and supporting the Bid Manager in developing and maintaining a system to gather and disseminate best practice and lessons learned. Carolyn is a highly skilled and experienced human resources professional who is dedicated to their work and committed to supporting their team in achieving their goals.

Carolyn Marriott has a level 5 certificate in human resources management and services from CIPD Qualifications, a master of science in health psychology from London Metropolitan University, a postgraduate certificate in psychological research methods from the Open University, and a bachelor of arts in psychology from Swansea University.
