Alexandra Caplea

Alexandra Caplea is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as an Airfield Operations Officer and previously as a Security Officer at Heathrow since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Agent at Ryanair from February 2019 to April 2022 and as a Passenger Service Agent at Swissport from June 2017 to February 2019, as well as at Menzies Aviation from January 2017 to June 2017. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Airline and Airport Management from the University of West London, completed in May 2019.
