Barbara Taylor is a seasoned professional in business change management, currently serving as Business Change Lead at Heathrow since August 2019, after progressing from roles including Business Change Apprentice and Security Officer. With a strong foundation in operational efficiency and stakeholder collaboration, Barbara has successfully defined and delivered various business change projects, focusing on identifying root causes of operational issues and establishing compelling business cases. Prior to Heathrow, Barbara gained customer service experience as a Passenger Service Agent at Menzies Aviation and as an Emirates Lounge Hostess with DO & CO Group. Barbara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Airline and Airport Management from the University of West London and A-Levels in Travel and Tourism from Cardinal Wiseman 6th Form.
