Daniel Absalom Conteh

Daniel Absalom Conteh, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and business change management. Currently serving as Business Change Lead at Heathrow since October 2022, Daniel previously held key positions at Royal Mail from February 2011 to October 2022, including Senior Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project management of major Delivery and Collection offices in South East London and oversight of significant budgeting processes. Daniel also played a pivotal role in successfully merging two Delivery Offices during tenure as Delivery Manager. With a solid foundation in team management and HR activities as Deputy Manager, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in coaching staff to meet performance targets. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Plymouth and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlesex University.
