Claire Berridge

Claire Berridge is an experienced professional currently serving as the H8 Strategic Programme Lead and Director of Capacity & Forecasting at Heathrow since March 2019. In this role, Claire is responsible for passenger forecasts at Heathrow Airport up to 2060, influencing security resourcing, budgets, and regulatory settlements, as well as guiding carbon planning and the airport's Masterplan. Claire also sets the strategy for Heathrow's Creating Capacity beacon, focusing on enhancing capacity through efficient asset use and infrastructure development. Prior to this, Claire held various leadership roles at Virgin Media Business from March 2013 to December 2018, including Head of Surface Access Commercial and Head of Applied Economics, and worked at Vodafone UK and The AA in roles emphasizing product pricing and financial analysis. Claire began the career journey as a Trainee Actuary at Price Waterhouse Coopers after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Physics from the University of Nottingham in 2003.
