Donncha Downey Miwfm

Donncha Downey MIWFM has extensive experience in asset management and engineering within the aviation sector, particularly at Heathrow since August 1997, holding roles such as Asset Manager, Engineering and Facilities Manager for Terminal 1, and Building Systems Manager for Terminal 5. Responsibilities have included the integration of assets onto the Building Systems Integration (BSI) platform, overseeing the coordination of various systems including CCTV and HVAC, and managing teams of up to 24 technicians. Additionally, Donncha served as a Board Member at Ealing Homes Limited from April 2009 to March 2012, where responsibilities included governance over maintenance and repair for 14,000 homes. Currently, Donncha is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Facilities and Built Assets Management at The University of Bolton, building on prior education in Materials Engineering.
