Duncan Byers

Duncan Byers is an experienced professional in the aviation and logistics sectors, currently serving as the Terminal Baggage Business Operations Manager at Heathrow since November 2013. Over the years, Byers has held various management roles at Heathrow, including Operational Resilience Manager and Baggage Operational Resilience Manager, along with a secondment as Terminal Baggage Business Manager. Prior to returning to Heathrow, Byers worked as a Logistics Manager at Wilson James and gained experience in operational readiness as the Olympic and Paralympic Operational Readiness Coordinator for London 2012. Byers began a career at Heathrow Airport in 2008 as a Project and Approvals Manager, following a role as Property Manager. Education was completed at Westminster College London from 1981 to 1983.
