Lea Claxton

Lea Claxton has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Graduate Trainee and later became a Store Department Manager at Allders Department Stores. In 2000, they joined Allders as a Brochures Manager and eventually became the Group Concessions Manager and Head of Concessions. From 2006 to 2011, Lea served as an External Business Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, overseeing external business concession partnerships and negotiations. Lea then joined Oasis Fashions as a Group Trading and External Business Partner from 2012 to 2013. At Coast Stores, Lea worked as a Senior Operations & Business Development Manager, where they led the business strategy and facilitated operational communications. From 2015 to 2015, they held the position of Business Development Manager at Wooqer, leading the business development of a workflow technology platform. In 2016, Lea joined MAG (Airports Group) as the Group Head of Retail/Commercial, successfully managing sales budgets and driving retail strategies across multiple airports. Their responsibilities at MAG also included leading the Retail/Commercial department at London Stansted Airport. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Retail Space, Strategy & Delivery at Heathrow, focusing on retail strategy and delivery.

Lea Claxton attended Loughborough University from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a 1st Class Honours BSc degree in Recreation Management.
