Mark Oliver

Mark was appointed Interim General Counsel in September 2021, having occupied the role of Deputy General Counsel since 2018. Mark joined Heathrow in 2014 and has also held roles as Head of Legal (Operations) and Senior Counsel (Commercial and Construction). Prior to Heathrow, Mark worked for CMS Cameron McKenna on domestic and international infrastructure and energy projects. Mark has previously spent time working in Canada and the Netherlands and has also been seconded to the Belizean Government and to Hutchison Westports.
