Brian K. Coates

Mr. Coates assumed the role of Sales Director at the beginning of 2020. Prior to that, he was the Marketing and IT Director. During this time, Mr. Coates has been responsible in creating lead generation, and increasing security while implementing both an ERP upgrade and website migration. Since then, Mr. Coates has assumed the role of VP in Sales, Marketing, and IT in 2022 due to his hard work and dedication. He continues to improve Heatron's efficiency and grow participation at trade shows for key markets. With all of Mr. Coates' efforts, Heatron has been able to stay competitive in this tough market and continue to provide customers with high performance heating solutions and more.

Mr. Coates joined Heatron in 2011 as an application engineer in the LED products business unit and has a proven track record of setting and meeting performance goals. Mr. Coates came from a division of ITW specializing in custom electronics where he started as a CAD Designer working his way to Technical Marketing Manager and Application Engineer. Mr. Coates has a B.S in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
