Jose Solis

Jose Solis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jose started their career as a Professor at ITESO, where they were responsible for the development of Analog Electronics curricula. After that, they moved on to work at Sony, where they held several positions, including Engineering Manager, NPI Manager, and Design Manager. At Sony, they were in charge of TV Manufacturing Engineering and supervised the transition to Manufacturing Business Units, in addition to coordinating NPI activities. Following their time at Sony, Jose worked at Philips Lighting Electronics Mexico as an NPI Manager. Jose then joined NEO Technology Solutions as the Sr. Director and General Manager, overseeing engineering and supply chain operations. Later, they joined VCC as the Director of Operations and Business Development Executive. Most recently, Jose has been the General Manager of Mexico Operations at HeatTrak. Overall, they have a strong background in operations, management, and engineering across various industries.

Jose Solis attended ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. Jose also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering during the same time period at ITESO. In 2002, Jose Solis obtained a certification as a Cost Down/Value Added Specialist from Sony Electronics.
