Conor O'Driscoll

Conor O'Driscoll is an experienced distillation professional currently serving as the Director of Kentucky Distillation and Master Distiller at Heaven Hill Brands since January 2019, overseeing operations at both the Bernheim and Heaven Hill Springs Distilleries. Prior to this role, Conor was the Distillery Manager and Master Distiller at Bernheim American Whiskey, where responsibilities included leadership and collaboration with the whiskey marketing team. Conor's extensive background includes positions such as Operations Manager at Angel's Envy, Production Manager at Woodford Reserve Distillery, and earlier roles in production management and engineering at Brown-Forman, Aker Kvaerner, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Conor holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin.
