Christopher Conaghan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and product development within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Head of Operational & Product Development at Heavenly Desserts UK since April 2018, Christopher has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and preparing the brand for international expansion. Previously, Christopher held key positions at Compass Group, overseeing multi-site operations, and at Costa Coffee, managing multiple stores and training staff during significant transitions. Additionally, Christopher has experience as General Manager at Belle & Jerome, where a focus on quality service and product management led to recognition at the Nottingham Stars Awards. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Events Management & Culinary Arts and a BTech in Hospitality Management from the University of Derby.
