Falk Hoeppner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and product support. Currently serving as Principal Quality Assurance Analyst at HCSS since February 2015, Falk has previously held roles including Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Lead Quality Assurance Analyst for HCSS Fleet Products and HCSS Telematics, respectively. Prior to joining HCSS, Falk worked at Nationstar Mortgage as a Tier 2 Product Support Specialist and Hardware Technical Analyst, and as a Foreclosure Specialist at Northwestern Mutual. Falk's career began at the University of North Texas as a Facilities Assistant, supported by a BBA in Decision Sciences from the same institution, specializing in process improvement, analytical statistics, and business intelligence.
