Jess Stephens

Jess Stephens is a seasoned professional in partnership management and growth strategies, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at HCSS since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jess held the position of Industry Partnerships Manager at Procore Technologies from July 2024 to April 2025 and was involved in technology partnerships at Tenna from February 2022 to July 2024. Jess also contributed to Flashtract as Growth Lead from October 2020 to February 2022 and founded Spilt Space, where the role of CEO was held from February 2019 to December 2021. Educationally, Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University, earned between January 2007 and January 2010.
