Melody Hollis

Melody Hollis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education services and digital media. Currently serving as the Director of Education Services at HCSS since May 2016, Melody leads the Education Services team, focusing on mentorship and the design of learning programs in collaboration with various stakeholders. Previous roles at HCSS include Learning Development Manager, Learning Management Specialist, and Digital Marketing Specialist. Additionally, Melody has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston, developing curriculum for digital media coursework. Earlier positions include Project Coordinator at ORIGIN DESIGN and Production Analyst at Knowledge Base Marketing, complemented by educational credentials, including a Master of Education in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media from the University of Houston.
