Nikki Scott Phr

Nikki Scott, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in human resources and safety, health, and environment management. Nikki is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Heavy Machines Inc. Prior to this, they worked as an SH&E Manager at Allenberg Cotton from 2009 to 2013. Nikki also held the position of SH&E Manager at Louis Dreyfus from 2000 to 2011. Nikki started their career as an Employee Relations Supervisor at Allenberg Cotton Co. in 2000 and worked there until 2009. Before that, they worked as a Human Resource Assistant at Quebecor Printing from 1996 to 2000.

Nikki Scott, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their education in a chronological order. Nikki first attended Strayer University from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management at Christian Brothers University, completing it from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nikki Scott has also obtained several certifications. Nikki obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2009. Nikki further acquired the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in October 2015. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and knowledge in the field of human resources.
