Hebou Constructions (PNG) Limited is a tier one civil engineering contractor which is a business controlled by the Constantinou Group of companies. The company originally started by the late Sir George Constantinou in the 1950’s under the name of Papuan Transport and Contractors Limited. Hebou Constructions was later re-branded in 1969 and is still owned and operated by the Constantinou Family. Hebou Construction has been operating in Port Moresby, Central Province and around PNG for over 50 years, and is proud of its history and its reputation for delivering civil construction projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
