Corwin Dickey

Corwin Dickey has a diverse work experience in various industries. Corwin started their career as an Intern Design Engineer at Eagle Manufacturing Solutions in 2012, where they applied their knowledge of computer design programs to create machine parts and layouts for tool makers. After that, they worked as a Meat Department Associate at Dorothy Lane Market in 2013, where they provided customer service and performed cleaning and preparation tasks in the meat department.

In 2016, Corwin worked as a Construction Worker at Tellup Construction, gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. Corwin then joined GE Appliances, a Haier Company, as a Supply Chain Co-op in 2017. In this role, they developed a reporting tool in Microsoft Excel with Visual Basic for Applications and initiated efforts to improve data accuracy.

Corwin's next position was at GBQ Partners in 2018, where they served as a Senior in State and Local Tax Services. Corwin led a small team in providing Sales and Use Tax compliance services to clients, significantly growing the client list and establishing strong client relationships.

In 2021, Corwin shifted gears and enrolled as a Software Engineering Student at General Assembly, where they gained technical skills in software development. Corwin then joined Benny's Car Wash as a Full Stack Engineer in 2021, where they worked until 2022.

Currently, Corwin is a Software Engineer at Hecate Software Inc, joining the company in 2022.

Corwin Dickey's education history begins with their high school graduation in 2013 from Centerville High School, where they earned an Honors Diploma with a focus on Engineering. Following that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2013 to 2019. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Analytics and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Accounting. In 2021, Corwin attended General Assembly, where they completed the Software Engineering Immersive program.
