Bhaskar Barman has been in the sales industry for over 9 years. Bhaskar began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at HDFC Bank, where they were responsible for achieving sales targets, providing customer service, and managing operations. In 2012, they moved to Berger Paints as a Senior Sales Representative, where they were responsible for meeting dealers, representatives of the institutions, building contractors, and explaining product properties and application. In 2016, they joined The Kraft Heinz Company as a Sales Officer. Finally, in 2018, they joined Hector Beverages as a Sales Manager and then as an Area Sales Manager. In this role, they established the brand presence of Paperboat in the North-East, appointed CNF, SS, and DB for the whole operation, planned manpower needs, identified training needs, and strategized for sales growth.
