Mayank Gupta

Mayank Gupta has over 15 years of work experience in the operations and supply chain industry. Mayank began their career in 2006 as a Design Engineer at Micro Instruments Co. In 2007, they moved to Kirby Building Systems India Pvt. Ltd. as a Production Engineer. From 2009-2015, they worked at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting in various roles, including Sr. Executive, Section In-Charge (Enchanteur & Romano Soap Brands), and Maintenance Engineer. During this time, they provided production operations for North & South-Asia and advised management in diplomatically handling production and quality issues. In 2015, they joined Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. as a Unit Incharge- Operations (Household Insecticides & Hair Care Category). During this time, they launched 3 NPDs, reduced wastage from 8% to 1.5%, improved line productivity by 40%, and increased manpower productivity by 30%. In 2016, they moved to Godrej Tyson Foods Limited as Lead - Projects/Technical operations. Currently, they are the Operations and Supply Chain Head - Foods/D2C at Hector Beverages, a position they have held since 2022.

Mayank Gupta obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University between 2002 and 2006. In 2017, they completed an Executive MBA in Operations Management & Supply Chain from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Additionally, they are certified as an internal Auditor for ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO: 14001, OHSAS 18001.
