Anne-May Asplund

Anne-May Asplund serves as Chief People & Culture Officer at Hedengren since March 2023, overseeing HR operations across Estonia, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. In addition, Anne-May holds the position of Chair of the Board at Sotilaskotiliitto and is a board member of the National Defence Training Association and the Women’s National Emergency Preparedness Association. Previously, Anne-May was Chief Human Resources Officer and HR and Communications Director at Sitowise, where significant contributions included M&A activities and organizational development. An extensive career in HR management also includes leadership roles at Coor Service Management, Aktia Plc, Albany International, IDO Bathroom Ltd, and Finnair. Educational background encompasses an M.Sc. in International Management from Hanken School of Economics and further professional development at Aalto University.
