David Clark-Joseph

David Clark-Joseph currently serves as VP of Strategic Finance at Hedera, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and stakeholder relations. Previously, David contributed to Summer of Protocols on public goods and incentive alignment, held the position of VP of Corporate Strategy & Investments at Pixelynx, and worked in corporate development at Kraken where David led M&A initiatives in the NFT space. David's earlier experience includes roles as CFO and VP of Corporate Development at Distributive, and executing significant M&A transactions at Mitel. David holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from The Ohio State University, a JD from Florida State University College of Law, and a BA in Political Science from Eckerd College.
